| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample is positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Received alert on 9/18/2014, contacted Lorren 9/19/2014 and he stated that after numerous sampling they have been able to determine that well #4 is having the coliform issues and the have been able to separate the well from the system. They are in the process of shock chlorinating the system. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples next month. | ||
