| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli Alert - Routine Sample DETAILS: Waterlab called to inform me of the detection on 10/22. I then called the system and spoke with Joyce. She collected the sample on 10/21 and mentioned she dropped the cap for the bottle and washed it off. I informed Joyce to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution and 1 triggered source sample at the well. She said she would take them on the morning of 10/23. I also reminded her to take 5 temporary routine samples all from the distribution in November. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat/triggered samples. | ||
