Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform has been found in the distribution in the RP. DETAILS: Total coliform (TCR) has been found at in the distribution located in the bathroom sink.According to the authorizer, Ryan C. Baker the sample was a RP of one of the previous samples that was taken. An original sample (RP sample) had a hairline crack in it. The lab had them take an additional sample in order to have their total of four repeats. The first three samples were taken on October 10th and the re-take sample was taken on October 16 for the total of four repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will be chlorinating the well then taking five additional temporary routine samples in the distribution next month.
