| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed filter installation DETAILS: Gregg Baird and I called Peter Moore to discuss details related to the construction of filtration treatment at the Breitenbush water system. Peter clarified that the filtration system was installed, but the leaks discussed previously stemmed from an improper installation and not pipes between filter housings. A contract was awarded to a new technician to disassemble and re-install the filters. Peter expects this work to be completed by the end of November. Based on the progress to date and the expectation that construction be completed within two months of the original deadline, I will not draft an amended agreement or take other action at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Call Peter in early December if he has not already reported that construction is complete and as-built plans were submitted or that the system is ready for inspection. | ||
