| Details: | SUMMARY: August SWTR violation and water tests needed DETAILS: Spoke to Peter and followed up with an email to him about water testing that needs to be done at Breitenbush. Nitrate and VOCs were not reported for 2013 and violations were issued-- this testing has not been reported for 2014 yet either. TTHMs and HAA5s were not reported for 2013 and violation was issued-- this testing has not been reported for June 2014 yet either. Violation was issued for failure to report the August turbidity/CT report - the report was subsequently submitted with the September report so violation was resolved. ACTION NEEDED: If testing was done, report results asap. If testing was not done, do nitrate and VOC testing before the end of 2014 and report by 1/10/15 to avoid additional violations. Wait until June 2015 to do TTHMs and HAA5s testing to resolve that violation. Report monthly turbidity/CT reports on-time to avoid receiving violations. | ||
