| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/14/14 DETAILS: I called & left a message for the operator to let her know about the positive repeat coliform detection. I let her know that it appears that the repeat & the original sample site were the only sites to have a positive coliform. She was not sure if there was a reason but would talk to her husband to find out if there is a reason for coliform 25194 Anna Ln. I let her know that this is the scenario when a coliform sample can be invalidated but its something Ill need to request & have a good reason. She said she would follow up with Steve. I let her know a public notice may be needed if the sample is valid. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Karen & respond as necessary. | ||
