Details:	Contact water system via email regarding Correct By Dates of Significant Deficiencies and rule violations noted on sanitary survey. The water system will need to propose new Correct By dates since the current correct by date is February 23, 2021, and it doesn't appear that the items noted will be corrected at that time.
