| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/30/14 DETAILS: I contacted the park manager Kathy to let her know about the total coliform positive sample. I let her know take a source sample at the well head & three repeat samples in the distribution system. She said she would have the samples taken right away. I also let her know to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results & follow up as necessary | ||
