| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 9-22-14 DETAILS: I stopped by the school & spoke with Gordons assistant Beth. I let her know that 2 of the 4 follow up samples were positive for total coliform. I provided her with a copy of the total coliform public notice. She said that she would pass along the information to Gordon & Pastor Larry. I obtained the Pastor Larrys phone number to schedule a survey. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed copy of the public notice. | ||
