Details: SUMMARY: FU to TC+ 9-2014 DETAILS: Glen said he was going to flush the system, not sure why he got the positive. He was informed of correct shocking procedures and additional sampling requirements. we have also scheduled a survey of the water system. he is a new operator and not aware of much of this information ACTION NEEDED: none
