Details: SUMMARY: follow up to arsenic exceedance - 4th qtr 2014 DETAILS: The system put 2 new tanks in service (new media) today 10/29/14. A follow up arsenic sample will be collected week of Nov. 3rd. A public notice was submitted to OHA on 10/29/14 that will be distributed to the customers. ACTION NEEDED: Take follow up arsenic sample and continue quarterly monitoring.
