| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator found an intertie with Wandering Spirit RV Park DETAILS: Water operator called me on 10/29/2014. I spoke with Karl "water operator" about an intertie issue with Wandering Spirit RV Park. There was a court order awhile back to disconnect the illegal intertie. Karl found out by doing a backflow device test several weeks ago that the water lines are still connected. Karl has a meeting tonight with his attorney on possibly terminating water service to the other part of the RV park do to the violation of the court order. Karl stated that he would give the proper notification of the termination to the water service to the Park. He said he would also notify the County and State drinking water program if that happens.
