| Details: | I was alerted by DMCE that the prior water system survey conducted in 2015 had an uncorrected significant deficiency for lack of plan review regarding SRC-AA. The source, SRC-AA Well-L83657, went through plan review and was approved by the DWP on 06/20/2018. I have updated SDWIS records to reflect the correction of the significant deficiency. | ||
