Details:	SUMMARY: Upcoming deadline for update coliform sampling plan, emergency response plan and Operations Manual DETAILS: After leaving a packet of material (Coliform Sampling Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and Operations Manual) for her at the establishment last Friday (October 24, 2014), Jennifer came into the office to discuss what was needed. I explained what was needed for each document and told her that we need the completed or updated documents by Wednesday of next week (November 5) to meet the November 6th deadline. ACTION NEEDED: Complete or update the documents and submit them to our office on or before November 5, 2014.
