| Details: | SUMMARY: TTHM MCL Exceedence DETAILS: I spoke with Jim about the latest quarterly Stage 2 DPB monitoring results. The resulting LRAA for TTHM exceeds the MCL. As a result, the City must issue a Tier 2 public notice within 30 days, and address the elevated TTHM. I provided Jim guidance for conducting Operational Evaluation of water system for DBPs issues, and template and instructional guide for public notice. We discussed that they should submit a Correctve Action Plan within 30 - 45 days to describe in detail what they are doing or have done to address the TTHM exceedence. Monitoring will continue quarterly. Public notice will need to be issued quarterly until system returns to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for correspondence from City. | ||
