| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive alert follow up DETAILS: 3 temporary repeats total coliform positive+. Spoke with Tammy and Umpqua lab and lab will pull triggered source sample today. I explained no additional repeats needed since more than one total coliform postive+ and already a violation. System will work with Butch Rogers to see if old reservoir is leaking and still the problem. ACTION NEEDED: Find and fix problem and distribute public notice and get me a copy. Take 5 temp routines in November to show absent for coliforms. | ||
