| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 6/18/14 DETAILS: I contacted the new operator to let him know about the total coliform positive. Let him know to take a source sample at the spring box & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I let him know to check the spring box to be sure that its was secure. If any of the follow ups are coliform positive a public notice will be needed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary. | ||
