| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 6/24/14 DETAILS: The new water system operator contacted this office about the total coliform positive sample. Dale is now the camp facilities director & is also in charge of the water system. He knew about the positive total coliform water sample & wanted to check on what further sampling was needed. I let him know that they would need a triggered source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know that 5 temp routine samples would be needed for the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as needed. Complete contact info update. | ||
