Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/3/14 DETAILS: Contacted the system operator to let her know about the positive total coliform sample. She indicated that there was a leak that was recently fixed. This may be causing the detection. I let her know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results & respond as necessary
