I let him know about the total coliform positive from sample date 7/3/14. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. The system appears to be chlorinating. The system has applied for & obtain condition approval from DWS as of 7/7/14. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed. | ||
