| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/7/14 DETAILS: Adreienne called this office to find out about what to do after a total coliform positive. She got my number from the lab. I let her know that 3 repeat samples would be needed in the distribution system & a source sample at the well head. I asked about updated contact information. She indicated that Rhonda Huston would be the new contact. I obtained her mailing address & phone number. ACTION NEEDED: monitor results & respond as necessary. Send updated contact info to DWS. | ||
