Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/10/14 DETAILS: I contacted the operator & left a message for him to take a source sample at the well head. I also let him know to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He called back to let me know he would sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
