| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive on sample date 7-29-14 DETAILS: I contacted the operator & left a message to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I reminded him to take source samples at both well heads & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I let him know to check the chlorinator since the sample had no residual. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
