| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 7/10/14 DETAILS: I stopped by the park & spoke with the onsite contact. He provided me a copy of the notice that was generated by the park. He indicated that Matt Harrell would be the person to contact as he is the manager of the park. I contacted Matt to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. They had distributed a notice that was generated by the system but does not meet the DWS legal requirements. I emailed Matt a link to the DWS public notice template. I also obtained new contact information from Matt. They have a chlorinator & they are having it adjusted. ACTION NEEDED: Send updated contact information to DWS. Obtain completed copy of public notice. | ||
