| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- repeat total coliform positive for sample date 7/23/14 DETAILS: Rhonda Huston, the new contact, called this office to let me know that the repeat sample was positive for total coliform. She wasnt sure what needed to be done at this point. I let her know that a public notice will need to be sent to the users within 30 days. She said that work had been done to the system in the last year. I told her that could be the cause of the coliform & a disinfection was likely needed. I emailed her the total coliform public notice &the to the DWS website for fact sheets on how to disinfect a water system. I let her know that 5 temp routine samples would needed in August. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of completed public notice. | ||
