| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly source waer sample tested TC+ DETAILS: The water system was recently requested to conduct monthly source water samples. Spoke to Matt that no action was necessary at this time. I told that when testing was completed that an evaluation would be conducted based on the number of positive test results. He informed me that he had already submitted a triggered source sample based on the TC+ result. We discussed that unless he received an e-coli positive sample, repeat testing for the source samples was not required. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor monthly test results. | ||
