Details: SUMMARY: Status of violations DETAILS: Kevin called to discuss the current violations. The Public Notice violation was RTCd. I contacted Chuck Michael to discuss the other two violations. Vio 54015 was for not taking the 5 temp routines in August due to the positive TC in July. The system stopped using the well after the July positive and instead hauled a water tank in that was filled at PWS 92776. Kevin did not take the temp routines because the source was inactive. Chuck said they would have still needed to take. Kevin took 5 samples on September 30 to see if the well was still having a problem. The camp closed on Sept. 28. violation 54016 was for not taking the repeat samples after the well tested positive. I explained that the violations would be return to compliance after the 2nd quarter sample in 2015. Kevin is meeting with the forest service next week to discuss if the well will even be used next year. ACTION NEEDED: none
