| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli repeats DETAILS: I discussed the alert for Ecoli in the repeats. The source does not have a raw sample tap and I discussed installing one. Mary said they are able to take a raw sample in the control building. I told her she neess to do 5 confirmation samples at the source since the total coliform and Ecoli was found in the triggered source smaple. I asked he to thak the samples right away within 24 hours if possible. She said she will contact the lab right away and have that done. I reminded her to send in the results to the state.
