Reasons:	Nitrate

Details:	Nitrate result taken from well 6a on 2/3/21 was 7.69 which initiated an alert. When looking at the past nitrate results, the firms results are considerably below that. After visiting with the operator, the lab took the sample at the wrong location and did not understand the multiple systems at this facility. The operator will call the lab to have this sample removed and will take a sample that is from well 6a.
