| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL-repeat total coliform positive for sample date 9/11/14 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the source sample & repeat sample at 59890 Marmot was positive for total coliform. He indicated that he would disinfect the spring box, reservoirs & dist system. He believes that small salamanders are getting into the spring box. I let him know to take follow up temp routine samples next month. I also asked for a copy of the public notice to send to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor test results & respond as necessary | ||
