Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/16/14 DETAILS: I contacted the operator about the total coliform positive. He indicated that it may have been from the sample bottles being stored submerged in ice water rather than packed in ice. He said that he just taken repeat samples & samples from active sources. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
