| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 10/1/14 DETAILS: I contacted the admin contact to let him know that a source sample would be needed as well as 3 repeat samples in the distribution system just like the month before. He said that he would take samples but planned to disinfect the well & distribution system after the follow ups. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary | ||
