Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 10/3/14 DETAILS: Emailed the operator to let him know about the total coliform sample positive result at Shadow wood. I let him know to take a source sample at the well & 3 repeats in the distribution system. He replied right away & said they would pull all follow up samples. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & respond as necessary
