| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement Action Follow Up DETAILS: I followed up with Martin regarding the BCA the system has signed to install arsenic treatment. The deadline to submit a construction plan is 10/31/14. Marty mentioned a flow meter has been installed and they now have 32 days worth of flow data and have a good idea of the maximum flow rates. They have decided to go with Sipple well drilling to design/install the arsenic treatment system. Marty said he doesnt think the construction plan will be ready by the 31st but is expecting to be contacted by Sipple this week. I asked Marty when he thought plans would be submitted and he said it depends on Sipple. I also mentioned that they were overdue for submitting public notice as of 10/10/14. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to follow up with WS. Water system survey is scheduled on 10/31/14. | ||
