| Details: | SUMMARY: Funding Assistance DETAILS: The Olney Walluski Water Association has a surface water system which serves 530 persons through 237 connections. The associate purchases treated water from the City of Astoria. The association has an aging distribution system and reservoir. The leakage rate from the system has been as high as 35 percent. The Circuit Rider was contacted by OHA staff (Adam Desemple) to provide assistance to the association with their application for the SDWRLF program. The association has submitted a letter of interest. Reviewed SDWRLF application and corresponded with OHA and IFA staff. ACTION NEEDED: Further assist with funding application, including the possible composition of a business case for Green Project Reserve. | ||
