| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficeinecy follow up DETAILS: 5 Nov, 2014. Made contact with Joe Wanamaker by phone today at 10:30 am. He explained that the lock was added to the reservoir hatch, but that the well head at the day use area has not been sealed. He will work on that today, tank pictures of both of the required repairs and send them in to me via email. ACTION NEEDED: Left phone message that the water operators needs to fix the two significant deficiencies (no lock on reservoir hatch and seal the hole in well head) and asked him to send a photo of the corrections made. I will follow up again next week if no response has been received. | ||
