| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System has a score of 21 points following several TC+ within the last year as well as violations for missing PN and late repeats. Spoke with operator Butch several times in last few months and Butch thinks he discovered and fixed problem. System has submitted 5 absent temp routines for September and one absent routine for October. System has also submitted two public notices for events in May and the latest in July. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time routine sampling and repeat sampling as needed. Also, if required, submit copy of public notice within 30 days of violation. | ||
