| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Alert follow up DETAILS: Follow up to 11/6 E.coli Alert. Received call from Janine at Umpqua lab and there was a data entry error concerning the E.coli results from yesterday. All 5 temp routines from 11/5 were positive for TOTAL coliform but NOT E.coli. Called Rob and discussed that we still need triggered samples and he said he will also take another distribution sample from one of the sites that was originally E.coli+. He will replace the boil water PN with a total coliform PN. I emailed Joe Carlson and Michelle Byrd copy of revised results from lab. Also contacted Jon Harrang with ODA. ACTION NEEDED: Take both triggered samples plus distribution sample. Results will help dictate corrective action. Post PN for total coliform and get copy to me. | ||
