Details: SUMMARY: total coliform positive routine sample DETAILS: System collected a routine sample on 11/6/14. It was positive for total coliform bacteria. In reviewing the sampling protocols with the new manager. The water was not flushed prior to sample collection. Sample collection procedures were given from the previous manager. System to collect 3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: OHA will go to the water system and assist with the sample collection (on 11/12/14). Proper sampling technique will be reviewed. Further action will be based on the results.
