| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective Action Plan is in place to address significant deficiencies from the 6-18-14 water system survey. DETAILS: 10-9-14 --- Spoke with Mike Evenson regarding corrections to the significant deficiencies noted on the 6-18-14 water system survey. Mike informed me that the fuel tank still has about 150 gallons in it (too heavy to move) additional time is needed for correction: he said all significant deficiencies will be corrected by 2-1-15. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
