Details:	SUMMARY: Spoke with Gary Huntley regarding boil water notice. DETAILS: 10-28-14 --- Spoke with Gary Huntley regarding boil water notice: Gary informed me it is still in effect. He has shock chlorinated the system (again) and will be collecting five temp routines in the first week of November. He added that he has a UV treatment system on order: I then spoke with Scott Curry who said plan review is not needed on this. I called Gary back and left a message informing him plan review is not required but that he should purchase/have purchased a unit with an alarm or shut-off if the lamp intensity falls below manufacturers specifications. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
