| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample DETAILS: Spoke with Trula about the positive sample taken. She believes that the sample was positive because of the way she handled the sample. In her description of taking the sample there were 5 ways the sample could have been contaminated. Trula will take the next 4 samples using better technique. ACTION NEEDED: 1. 4 repeat samples to be taken as soon as they arrive by mail from the lab. | ||
