| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Coli13357 DETAILS: Spoke with co-owner Annette Fordyce, about the positive coliform test on 9/29114. We discussed not taking samples from swivel faucets and removing the aerator. She stated all faucets have aerators or are swivel and she was not able to get the aerator off. We discussed trying to sanitize the end of the faucet and then letting the water flush out for a number of minutes prior to collecting the sample. We discussed taking 4 repeat samples as soon as possible with one of those tests taken at the source. I reminded her to take 5 routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in October. | ||
