| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Alert DETAILS: Positive coliform result ACTION NEEDED: Called and talked to Hee Joo Han and about the sample, she called Kevin Lee (owner of property) who called Steves Pump, Steves pump stated they shocked the well in August and had a good coliform result on 8-25-14, he faxed me those results. Talked to Hee Joo Han who will have Pixis take resamples at the handsink (where positive sample was taken), kitchen handsink, three compartment sink, and well head. | ||
