| Details: | SUMMARY: The spring has an alert COLl13479 for an E. coli positive test, and is requred to take 5 repeat samples from the spring. I also requested a test after treatment, with a chlorine residual test result to berecorded on the water test submittal form. I have emailed Kevin twice and called and left one message in regards to this issue. DETAILS: The system will continue to monitor for Total Coliform and chlorine residual on a monthly basis from the source and treatment taps for the period of 12 months ACTION NEEDED: The system is required to take monthly source and treatment samples, and in addition to supply evidence that the chlorination system is working by recording free chlorine tests.
