| Details: | I have been unable to make contact with the system operator by phone and the voice mail box is full. The system operator, Arturo contacted today and asked if I had received his letter (which I haven't). He said that many people have moved away leaving many homes abandoned and vacant. He claims they are only serving 12 connections now and that is what he explained in his letter. He is going to resend the letter to me. I will plan to meet him onsite (once field visits are approved again) to confirm the changes in connections. I let him know the system has multiple violations and that he needs to resume monitoring. |
