Details: SUMMARY: Repeat at same location +TC. Request by system to invalidate. DETAILS: Ryan reported Thursday 11/13 that the repeat collected 11/12 from the original positive site was again positive for total coliform (absent E. coli). All other repeats and triggered well samples were absent. The rules allow and the system requested invalidation of the samples because only the same site was positive and no other samples were, indicating a problem with the actual sampling location. The request to invalidate was approved 11/14 and the system was notified. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to take another routine sample sometime before the end of the month to make up for the invalidated sample. Ryan indicated that a sample will be collected Monday 11/16 at the new location which is 18155 NW Sellers Road and is the next service connection down from the invalidated site.
