| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform (TCR) source and two distribution locations. DETAILS: Cause unknown, shock chlorinate the well and distribution system, flush wait 5 days. I recommended taking a special source and distribution sample after the shock chlorination. Then take 5 temporary routine samples in November. Also spoke with Lanier whom misunderstood how many repeat samples to take and will not be able to take the third distribution sample while shock chlorinating the system. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for lab results. | ||
