| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow-up, repeat samples were TC+, public notice needed. DETAILS: The operator had 3 repeats positive for total coliforms. The triggered sample from the well that was in service at the time of the original positive was clean, TC-. ACTION NEEDED: Operator plans on batching the reservoirs and turn on the system chlorinator until there is a good residual in the distribution and then flush the system. He will then turn off the chlorinator and wait until zero chlorine residuals are obtained and then resample the distribution to see if that corrected the problem.5 routines for the month of December. | ||
