| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform sample taken 11/5/2014 was positive for total coliform bacteria. DETAILS: Called Wanda Gendreau to discuss the routine coliform sample taken 11/10/2014. She will take 4 repeat samples immediately. One of these samples will be a source water sample. If any repeat samples are positive, she will post public notice and find the source of contamination. Then she will send a copy of Public Notice to our office. Regardless of the repeat sample results, she will take 5 routine samples next month in December 2014. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
